Return Policy – Volera

At Volera, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

Return period:
You have 100 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Condition of the product:

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Product must not be damaged, washed or used

If the item is defective, please contact us for further instructions.

    • your order number
    • reason for return
  3. You will receive:
    • return instructions
    • a return form

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Unless:
    • the product is defective
    • or due to our error

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take a few working days

Shipping costs are not refunded unless it is our fault


Exceptions

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as:

  • products in direct contact with pets
  • grooming products
  • food products
