At Volera, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, stains, or alteration.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
